Vaporise is inspired in George Orwell’s dystopian novel 1984, and is meant to evoke not just the idea of disappearing or vanishing from society, but resurfacing and rebirth as a whole new being. The album itself reflects these ideas, as an 7 track collaboration between Edwin and music producers Adult Content in the Netherlands, heavily influenced by synth wave and analog sounds and using thought-provoking lyrics.
